What We Do |

The architectural design process allows your dreams to
crystallize into a workable building plan, ultimately letting
your building contractor see and accomplish your vision for your
space.
In the first phase
 of your project, John will sit down with you
to clarify your needs, goals, stylistic preferences and budget.
Shortly thereafter you will receive your conceptual drawings.
Your feedback on these will drive all revisions.
When the revisions are complete, your drawings will then be
ready to go to your selected contractors for bids. If need be,
John can recommend contractors suited to your needs, and can
assist you with the bidding process. He is also available to
your builder during construction if any design points require
clarification.
The goal of the design process is to help you achieve your
desired space while remaining within your budget. John works
diligently to help you understand your options and achieve the
distinctive home or commercial space you expect, providing the
experience and enthusiasm that helps ensure your building
